Conference Registration Refund Policy
Refunds less a $50 processing fee will be made through April 30, 2025. After April 30, no refunds will be made. ACTE dues will not be refunded or transferred. Conference registration can be transferred to another attendee for a Transfer Fee of $25. Transfers can be made onsite at the registration desk. Any registration not cancelled by April 30, 2025, must be paid in full.
If you are registering after May 3, you may pay with a credit card (preferred payment method) or bring a school or cashiers check made payable to GACTE, Inc., to conference registration DO NOT MAIL YOUR CHECK!!! IF YOUR CHECK IS MAILED, IT WILL NOT BE PROCESSED AND YOU MUST PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD ONSITE! BRING YOUR CHECK TO THE CONFERENCE REGISTRATION IN THE THE EXPO HALL ON Monday, June 16 or Tuesday, June 17.

If you are paying by check, it must be postmarked by the dates below to receive the current rate:

March 3, 2025 to receive the $375 rate

May 1, 2025 to receive the $450 rate

Any check payments postmarked after May 1, 2025 will increase to the $600 rate.
