Registration Fees
$150 for Face-to-Face—Members Only!--(Includes Evening Reception on 7/13; Breakfast and Lunch on 7/14)--Get the registration code from your CTAE Director
$75 for Virtual—Member Rate
$75 for Virtual--School Counselors (Code coming soon--will be provided to CTAE Directors)
$175 for Virtual—Non-Member Rate
Membership must be current through 7/31/2021 for Member Pricing

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER POLICY:
Paid registrations canceled by June 15, 2021, will receive a refund of the registration fee paid minus a $50 processing fee. Refunds will be issued in August, 2021. After June 15, 2021, there will be no refunds for cancellations.
PAYMENTS:
Registration payments for all participants are due by July 1, 2021. If a school system must wait until FY22 to pay the registration fees, a list of all participants covered by the check and the amount being paid for each should be provided to GACTE () by June 15, 2021. Once this list is received the registrants on the list will be cleared for summit registration. In the event that a participant does not attend the summit, the registration fee will still be owed by the school system. The registration fee can be transferred to another attendee who is not on the original list. A $25 transfer fee will be charged.
Once payment has been received, the registration fee can be transferred to another registered conference participant. There is a $25 transfer fee that is due at the time the transfer is made.
